BinBin Bakery started in Luke and Olivia’s Northeast Minneapolis home.
What started as a simple idea grew into an intentional, small and simple choice: don’t wait for moments, make them. Experience the joy, simplicity, and happiness of the here and now. So go on, have a cookie.
With over 12 years of culinary experience, Luke has always been drawn to refining classic staple dishes to elevate and showcase the ingredients. Inspired by the joy of sharing good food with friends and family, he carefully crafts each recipe with technique, care, and the love and respect for the baking traditions passed down from those who had inspired him most.
Through BinBin Bakery, Luke hopes to share tasty familiar and not-so-familiar creations with the community and show that even a simple chocolate chip cookie recipe can become something truly special.
